Waris Ahluwalia is the ultimate creative polymath. He has worked in film (with the likes of Spike Lee, Luca Guadagnino, Wes Anderson and Deepa Mehta), as a designer with his own label and as a model, muse and ambassador for brands like Gap, Kenzo, Holt Renfrew and Gucci. Now he turns his creative vision and customary care to a new project – HOUSE of WARIS botanicals, a line of herbal blend teas. Waris may be impossible to categorize, but his work has always been informed by living thoughtfully, building community, and educating (whether his anti-racism work, his support of craftspeople and artisans, or his conservation efforts).
